BayoTech, Inc. is Hiring a Hub Operations Manager Near Wentzville, MO
- Provide technical leadership and operational oversight of our hydrogen plant facility.
- Provide response and reporting to the Director of Operations regarding customer issues related to production and distribution.
- Track and control all plant expenses to achieve monthly and annual corporate goals.
- Train and oversee compliance with quality assurance policies and procedures that relate to the hub plant.
- Develop and lead plant projects, control their schedule, and manage expenses to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that process records and other quality documents are faithfully and timely executed, reviewed, and retained as permanent records.
- Develop, maintain, and update operations, contingency, and emergency plans.
- Provide training in the areas of safety, quality, processes, and procedures.
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve safety, quality, and operations.
- Partner with and be accountable for Control Room Operations, Product Development, Engineering, and Quality Assurance.
- Manage all onsite filling operations and hydrogen deliveries.
- Experience with principles and operation of mechanical equipment such as pumps and compressors required.
- Experience with reading and understanding flow diagrams and P&ID’s required.
- Experience in industrial gas filling, production and distribution preferred.
- Ability to train and mentor employees.
- Strong aptitude in math to perform flow, pressure, performance, and meter calculations.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or STEM) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience required.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in industrial gas production plant operations and maintenance required.
- At least two years of experience working directly with DoT requirements highly preferred.
- Must have experience with MS Office applications.
- Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
