Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor/Evening clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This is a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel. As well as Setting up breakfast. Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify and balance all revenue-generating departments' transactions
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial activities
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assist with guest requests, including wake-up calls, room service orders, and transportation arrangements
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Set up breakfast items

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.91 - $15.36 per hour
