Job Summary:
Presidential Hospitality is looking for a detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of public areas within our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all public areas including restrooms, lobbies, and corridors
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet health and safety standards

Qualifications

• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift.
• Customer service attitude
