Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure brand standards and a clean and sanitary environment
- Hire, train and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality brand standards are met
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order as needed
- Handle guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols in all housekeeping activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness standards
- Commitment backed by integrity
