Responsibilities

The team at our Aubrey clinic is looking for new leadership. This team currently consists of 2 PT’s and one Patient Service Specialist. Orthopedics is the primary caseload currently being seen, but we are open to bringing on additional services as needed by the community we serve. The Center Manager will be responsible for treating a full caseload (approximately 50 visits per week), maintaining / further developing relationships with our referral sources, maintaining Joint Commission compliance, and oversight of staff and budget. This clinic will continue to grow in size and volume.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
  • A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
