What We're Looking For

Baylor’s Parking Services department is seeking a Parking Field Supervisor who will supports the mission of Baylor University.

A bachelor's degree, five years of relevant work experience and an active Christian faith are required. A master's degree and seven years of experience are preferred. 

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis. 

What You Will Do

• Supervise all employment matters for field staff
• Oversee daily operations of parking and transportation field staff
• Coordinate and work special events related to parking
• Coordinate and perform maintenance activities as needed 
• Serve as primary contact for parking citation appeals
• Train, patrol and issue citations in accordance with policies 
• Assist with Customer Service activities
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission.
• Ability to comply with University policies.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
