Responsibilities:

• The Corporate Wellness Consultant is responsible for establishing, maintaining and expanding relationships within the BayCare service area. Fosters communication among corporate wellness partners, physicians, internal service lines, marketing departments, physician business development teams and what the health care system represents.
• Acts as a consultant to the employer market to recommend a portfolio of BayCare services designed to assist in decreasing health care costs and improving the health of their employee communities.
• Stays abreast of market interests and needs. Identifies new corporate wellness opportunities to help drive volume and revenue.
• Is a leader within the wellness community by helping to create and implement new wellness services.
• Performs sales calls, develops support material, and implements sales processes.
• With continual use of process improvement measurements, develops business plans and strategic marketing programs to impact branding and consumer affiliations.
• Evaluates and tracks outcomes.
• Engages with community wellness collaboratives. Identifies and collaborates with competitors in the service area.
• Works to improve customer satisfaction and increases services provided. Works to develop a seamless and uniform approach across the geographic areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - AED (Defibrillator)
• 4 years - Wellness Related; Or - 4 years - Business Development; Or - 4 years - Related Field

Preferred:

• 2 years - Healthcare; Preferred - 2 years - Wellness Related; Preferred - 2 years - Benefits; Preferred - 2 years - Human Resources
