Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. Duties:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate production records and reports

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of assembly, warehouse, and fabrication processes
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Familiarity with forklift operation and safety procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
