Description

Our Facilities Department is looking for a dynamic and skillful Facilities Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the physical infrastructure, maintenance, and operations of all of our properties, vehicles, and vendors. This can include everything from managing maintenance schedules and repairs to ensuring compliance with safety regulations and overseeing security systems. The Facilities Manager often coordinates with various programs, vendors, and contractors to ensure that the agency operates smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, the facilities manager may be involved in budgeting, space planning, and implementing sustainability initiatives within the facility.

What You Will Be Doing in this Role...

• Supervises Facilities Coordinator and Maintenance Technician 
• Works with Chief Compliance Officer and Program Directors to ensure facility compliance for clinical licensing and state site visits.
• Coordinate health quality and inspections of clinical and residential sites.
• Documents deficiencies and resolutions.
• Works with site Program Directors to ensure compliance with town and state regulatory standards.
• Oversees IT vendor and Facilities Coordinator to ensure timely set up of new hires.
• Oversees ordering replacement devices.
• Participates with CFO on weekly IT strategy meetings.
• Manages operational needs of sites.
• Manages cloud based security surveillance and building access systems.
• Participates in emergency response and disaster recovery planning.
• Oversees independent facility contractors.
• Manages annual renewal of facility maintenance contracts with vendors.
• Monitor maintenance of vans. 
• Acts as point of contact for all vehicle accident insurance claims.

Requirements

· 2-5 years experience with facilities management

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School graduate required

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook 

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize
