Description
Our Facilities Department is looking for a dynamic and skillful Facilities Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the physical infrastructure, maintenance, and operations of all of our properties, vehicles, and vendors. This can include everything from managing maintenance schedules and repairs to ensuring compliance with safety regulations and overseeing security systems. The Facilities Manager often coordinates with various programs, vendors, and contractors to ensure that the agency operates smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, the facilities manager may be involved in budgeting, space planning, and implementing sustainability initiatives within the facility.

Requirements
· 2-5 years experience with facilities management
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School graduate required
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize
