If so, we invite you to join our team as a Clinician in our Massachusetts Impaired Drivers Program!

What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference... 

· Conduct intake assessments for new and returning clients

· Facilitate group psychoeducational sessions which includes planning, implementing and supervising appropriate activities for service recipients according to MID curriculum

· Accurate observation and progress documentation of service recipient behavior, performance and issues; note and report changes in service recipient’s physical or emotional health

· Follow all agency policies and procedures, including timely documentation of quality measures including incident reports and evaluations of program effectiveness.

· Participate actively and positively in staff meetings, supervision, professional development trainings, and annual performance evaluations

· Maintain and build effective and positive working relationships with referral sources, community members, colleagues, supervisor, employees and other agency programs

· Promote agency culture of learning and respect to others as well as agency mission and strategic plan

· Exhibit professionalism in all job functions (confidentiality, boundaries, respect for other employees)

Crisis intervention and referral to higher level of care as needed

Requirements

Qualifications 

  • Must posses a Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy or have a certification in addiction services 
  • Has experience conducting intake assessments 
  • Has experience facilitating psychoeducational group meetings 
  • Ability to work with court mandates clients
  • Compute proficiency, strong organizational skills, and communication skills
  • Valid MA Driver's License with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance 
  • Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as a required by program
