Job Summary

An individual who has overall responsibility for the management, oversight and coordination of a programmatic functional area within or across programs.

What You Doing to Make a Difference

  • Assist Program Director (PD) in interviewing and training new staff, as needed
  • Complete assessments, intakes, client schedules, treatment plans, periodic reviews and aftercare plans in timely fashion
  • Present psycho-educational curriculum to clients as scheduled; subject matter may include Substance Abuse, Criminal Thinking, Anger Management and related topics as outlined in the curriculum manual
  • Participate in all clinical discussions regarding client progress, as directed by your supervisor
  • Support all Justice Involved Individuals in a therapeutic and compassionate manner

Requirements:

Job Qualifications/Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Education, Counseling, Psychology, Rehabilitative Counseling or Social Work preferred.
  • Experience working with justice-involved individuals preferred.
  • Experience with evidence-based substance abuse curriculum preferred.
  • Strong writing skills and computer proficiency a must.
  • Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance.
  • Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
