We are looking for a thorough event attendant with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.

*We are particularly looking for people who can work evenings on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all restrooms to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Complete deliveries to Bride and Groom room/cottage during a specific timeframe
• Complete stayover service to limited amount of rooms/cottages
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

Skills

• Proven working experience in relevant field
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Helpful with customer service orientation
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of English language
• High school degree

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
