BAY CONTRACT MAINTENANCE is Hiring a HR Coordinator/Administrative Assistant Near South San Francisco, CA

Bay Contract Maintenance is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team in Bay Area, CA.

About Us:

Bay Contract Maintenance is a Commercial Janitorial Service Provider. We are looking for an HR Coordinator responsible for completing various tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Their duties include but not limited to the following:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Assist employee onboarding
  • Answer employee calls that are HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, sick time balance...etc. or redirect them to the correct department
  • Assist with creating company ID credentials
  • Upload HR Documents on drive and store effectively (paper to electronic storage)
  • i-9 filing and storage cleanup
  • Create and update HR calendar
  • Maintain employee tracking spreadsheets up to date
  • Verify employee profiles are accurate and up to date on HRIS
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Contract based position: 6 months- 1 year

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
