BAY AREA PANTHERS is Hiring a Ticket Sales Representative Near MORGAN HILL, CA
- Sell season tickets, group tickets, and premium seating through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service to enhance fan engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize ticket sales and revenue goals.
- Work closely with the marketing department to implement promotional campaigns and events that drive ticket sales.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, sales processes, and progress towards sales targets, must have Ticketmaster Archtics Experience.
- Participate in game-day activities, promotions, and sales booths to boost ticket sales and fan interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for fans on game days.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in sports, event ticketing, or entertainment industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to comfortably interact with fans and clients.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and capable of working in a competitive sales environment.
- Proficient in using CRM and sales software.
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and game days as required.
