Position: Mobile Resource Center Coordinator and Driver
Reports to: Manager of Client Care
Time Commitment: Full-time (non-exempt), some evenings and weekends
Position Summary:
The Mobile Resource Center Coordinator and Driver will drive a 23-foot Mobile Resource Center (MRC) to various Bay Area locations as part of our community-based programming. Primary responsibilities will include MRC driving, set-up, breakdown, maintenance, restocking of MRC and Boutique, and sanitizing. Other responsibilities include client registration and support, and inventory of Boutique and MRC supplies. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering superior customer service throughout BACC’s work with clients and the community. Key responsibilities include:
MRC set-up, driving, breakdown, maintenance, restocking, and sanitizing (40%)
Patient Registration and Support (40%)
Other duties as assigned (20%)
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma/GED.
· Current CDL and clean driving record.
· Knowledge of the laws and regulations pertaining to the safe operation of vehicles.
· Minimum of one year experience driving a passenger van, tractor-trailer, bus, or similar vehicle.
· Fluency in Spanish preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels, both inside and outside of the organization.
· Sense of humor.
· A strong understanding of and passion for BACC’s work and mission.
