Position Summary:

The Bay Alarm College Internship Program is offered to students exploring potential careers after college. Students will learn the "Bay Way" of how our company operates and works together at a highly effective and energized pace. This is an 8 week program for college students that have an interest in business. Interns will work directly with the Recruiting team to complete a rotation through the different departments. Interns will be given the opportunity to learn business development, relationship building, sales and marketing techniques. A final project may be assigned and due with the completion of this program.

Job Duties:

• Rotate through the corporate departments and participate in projects to enhance business
• Assist in performing daily key compliance and oversight activities for the local Branch
• Seek & analyze sales and recruiting materials both on and offline
• Attend a portion of the New Hire Sales Training in Bay University
• Enter contact information into contact management systems
• All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of work experience
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must have ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Available to work in early to late June and ending in August.
• We have a minimum 6 week commitment for qualified candidates.
