Compensation: $16.00 / hour

Description

As a Harvest Agent, you're not just involved in cutting and collecting plants; you play a pivotal role in the final crucial phase of our cannabis production. By working in sync with the Cultivation and Harvest Managers, you ensure that each plant is meticulously harvested at the peak of its potential.

On the daily

You’ll be harvesting cannabis plants and managing post-harvest activities, like weighing, labeling, and documenting product details. Ensuring all activities are performed according to our safety and quality standards, maintain cleanliness in the work area, and adhere strictly to the company's SOPs. Regularly cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workspaces, as well as helping to maintain accurate inventory records.

You're a great fit if

You’re at least 21 years of age or older.
Working with your hands is something you find enjoyable.
You’ve got at least 1 year working in a fast-paced environment like a kitchen, warehouse, production plant, or manufacturing facility. manufacturing, or production facility.
You can bend, climb, squat, twist, kneels and stand for at least 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.
Being positive and working well with others comes naturally to you.
You’re curious and willing to support other departments by cross-training at the facility.
