Set and clean dining room and both patios’ tables, sweep entire patio and dining room area, put up umbrellas and take down at end of shift and be sure to roll enough silverware for entire meal service.

1. Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities)

1. Be sure all set-up, service and clean-up tasks are performed each shift.
2. Serves water as guest’s request.
3. Assists in carrying food trays to tables.
4. Be able to lift 20 pounds or more.
5. Removes soiled dishes and trays from table; brings to dish-washing area.
6. Cleans all tables with sanitizing solution as guests leave.
7. Cleans dining room and patio areas.
8. Stocks station with supplies.
9. Collects trash from dining room, patio, and other specified places after each serving period.
10. Dust chairs and clean cobwebs before and after meals.
11. Keeps ice and water pitchers filled.
12. Help with setting up and removing empties from salad bar.
13. Cleans and stores child highchairs and booster seats.
14. Monitor silverware and trays to be sure supplies are always adequate for our members and guests.
15. Cleans up spills, including broken plates, glasses and attends to similar problems during service with minimal disruption to diners.
16. Assists supervisor and other employees in ensuring that the club’s policies are consistently followed.
17. Assists in setting up, serving, and cleaning up after all functions.
18. Attending pre-service training. (line-up meeting)
19. Moves tables and chairs as needed for the next shift and guest meals.
20. Be sure all tables are clean, and all chairs pushed in at end of shift for the next meal period.
21. Performs other appropriate duties as assigned.
