Bath Savings is looking to add an experienced network management professional to our information systems team.

As the Network Manager, you will have direct contact with other Bank employees and be expected to assist them in a prompt and professional manner. You will be in a position to set a professional example, demonstrating continuing high levels of initiative, leadership, acceptance of responsibility, and exceptional customer service. It is expected that you will implement and carry out Bank policy and procedure with respect to all functions and tasks performed.

You will be responsible for maintaining the Bank’s network including the daily network administration tasks, administering security for various programs, and assisting other departments with their software upgrades and needs.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Network Administration and Management experience, including Windows server configuration and management; VMware management; Microsoft Exchange; Cisco Routers and Switches; and DNS/DHCP Management
• SQL exposure
• Understanding of enterprise network security technologies, such as encryption, VPN firewalls, access control, and remote access
• Previous experience in the banking industry is preferred, but not required
• Security minded
• Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
• Ability to read/write English and to understand and follow instructions as directed
• Ability to understand and follow procedures accurately; accuracy and attention to detail are a must
• Ability to work together as a team; flexibility within a small department
• Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot
• Ability to communicate/converse with other individuals
• Proficient with computers and software, including an in-depth understanding of Microsoft products
• Proficient with networking concepts and practices
• Proficient with the configuration of switches and routers
• Organized, reliable, and efficient
