A qualified applicant will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.

Job Description

Job duties include:

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Customer Service
• Achieve weekly and monthly quotas

Qualifications

• Previous Call Center related experience is a plus.
