About the Role: Ordering Specialist

The Ordering Specialist will play a critical role in managing and processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Ordering Specialist will be responsible for managing orders, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely delivery of products for installation.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process incoming orders for customers and departments, accurately, and promptly, while ensuring all necessary information is complete and precise.
• Enter order details, customer information, and any relevant data into the company's order management system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serve as a point of contact for addressing inquiries, clarifying order specifications, coordinating re-measure process, and resolving any issues or complaints related to order processing.
• Update inventory daily to ensure accurate product availability.
• Work closely with the Operations Managers to ensure material is ordered correctly and promptly to fulfill installation dates and deadlines.
• Learn and retain a deep knowledge of Bath Experts processes and procedures.
• Suggest and participate in process improvements to better serve our customers.
• Communicate and coordinate within the team and other various departments as needed.
• Provide status of caseload and issues to management when requested.
• Participate in projects, cross-training, and continuing education.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 year of related professional work experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and have a high level of organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive mindset and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to learn and work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Must be able to complete tasks to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
