Bastion Builders is a 3D Concrete Construction Business located in Helena, Mt. Bastion utilizes cutting edge technology to create and build customers homes. The ideal candidate for this position will have some experience as a construction laborer. Concrete experience would be a plus.

Duties

- Working as part of the crew in construction production

- Maintaining a good quality of work

- Meeting goals, expectations, and standards

- Upholding safety policy on sites

- Execution of construction as shown on approved plans per spec

- Following directions of foreman

- Coordinating with other contractors on the jobsite

- Adherent to current Building codes and standards

- Maintaining of site cleanliness

- Equipment security

- Upholding company culture as well as encourage growth in fellow co workers

- Maintaining a punctual schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
