Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to construction, remodeling, and general labor duties. This is a hands-on position that requires proficiency in using power tools and performing a variety of manual labor tasks.

Responsibilities:

-taxes will be done through a 1099
- Assist with construction and remodeling projects, including siding, demolition, framing, and finishing work
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform basic welding tasks as needed
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Apply caulking and perform roof repairs as necessary
- Operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts or skid-steer loaders, to move materials or equipment
- Install flooring and perform carpentry tasks, such as trim carpentry
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or remodeling is preferred
- Proficiency in using power tools and operating heavy equipment
- Knowledge of various construction materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.
