How you will contribute to our mission:

To be successful in this leadership role, you will need to utilize your strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and clinical management skills to effectively lead our nursing team. Areas of responsibility Include:

Staff Management:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
• Assist with training and orientation of new nursing staff members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Clinical Expertise:

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in delivering patient care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

Fostering Continuous Improvement:

• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and address any concerns or issues
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards
• Monitor patient progress and ensure that care plans are being followed

Qualifications

Education / Experience

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and currently licensed by the State of New York as Registered Professional Nurse.
• One-year (1) as general staff nurse and two (2) years of nursing supervision required.

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
