Job Summary
The Practice Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of all practice operations, oversight of the Epic schedule, and maintaining the overall reputation of the practice. The Practice Manager must foster a professional work environment with the goal of providing high-quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
Practice Manager must possess strong interpersonal communication, managerial, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The practice manager must be a skilled user of Epic EHR and Microsoft Office suite.
Job Responsibilities
• Delegate work, cross-train, and fill-in positions for front and back-office staff.
• Evaluate candidates for hire and conduct screening interviews.
• Conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
• Manage staff disciplinary process.
• Manage Paylocity approvals and requests.
• Manage orders for supplies and equipment.
• Manage accounts payable through Bill.com.
• Manage team calendar.
• Address practice-level patient concerns and complaints.
• Act as liaison between the practice and BASS admin team
• Respond to all billing inquiries from the BASS billing team.
• Ensure all practice staff complete mandatory trainings in a timely manner.
• Respond to all provider requests and forward provider requests to the practice administrator, as needed.

Pay Scale/Ranges:
$19.00-$50.68/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
*Employees actual pay rate will depend on a host of factors including, without limitation, job location, specialty, skillset, education, and experience. The patey scale/ranges shown are representative of the pay rates for the job title reflected above, but an employees actual pay rate will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
