Baskervill is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near Richmond, VA

Baskervill is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary design firm with offices throughout the country and in Gdansk, Poland. Our Richmond office is currently looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our Education and Civic & Cultural studios. Administrative Coordinators are trusted partners in matters of proposal generation, project kickoff, contracts, project setup in software, consultant coordination, and team dynamics. What youll be doing:

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties that support project pursuit and execution,
  • Assist with proposals, project kickoffs, contract preparation and project data tracking for teams Project Controllers. Includes use of established database and ongoing coordination with accounting department,
  • Prepare and proofread team and project-based correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and documents,
  • Document management including assistance with construction project administration as needed,
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors,
  • Plan internal team meetings and in-person client meetings,
  • Provide back-up to other Administrative Coordinators as needed.

Heres what youll need:

  • 7 years of relevant administrative and support experience,
  • Experience working for various stakeholders in a team-based setting,
  • Knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts,
  • Professional services or A/E/C firm experience preferred,
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, AIA contract software, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Bluebeam Revu preferred.
