morgane le fay is a new york ready to wear brand that has established its identity through feminine form and diaphanous story-telling. we are looking to incorporate a new full-time team member to our madison avenue flagship store. the sales associate is expected to deliver a knowledgeable, thoughtful and inspiring customer service experience.
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- achieve and exceed in contributing to the store sales goals
- demonstrate a complete knowledge of the collections features to maximize the sales opportunity
- responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction
- maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store
- assist in inventory cycles
- follow all store operational policies and procedures
- client book management
- attend staff meetings and stays up to date with new styles added
