This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with favorable poly.
BasisPath Inc, is seeking a talented Project Integrator with a strong focus on project management to join our Prime contractor's team in Chantilly, VA. You will play a crucial role in performing the following functions:
- Set up and maintain projects within Confluence and via JIRA boards
- Daily coordination and communication with the Program Management Office (PMO), Requirements Managers (RMs), and Mission Integrators
- Facilitate weekly meetings and information sessions
- Develop and provide regular status reporting to PMO and Customer
- Gather and report out team accomplishments and overall milestone status at the end of each Project Increment (PI)
- Assist with onboarding new contractors and staff officers
Required Qualifications and Skills are as follows:
- MANDATORY: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with favorable polygraph
- Demonstrated experience managing projects
- Demonstrated experience coordinating team deliverables and schedules
- Demonstrated experience tracking requirements
- Demonstrated experience coordinating meetings and presentations
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with customers/teams to define requirements and refine processes
- Experience working closely with Program Team Leads
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodology
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Demonstrated experience with strong customer service skills, teaming skills, and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional team
- Knowledge of Primavera and Sharepoint
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
Optional Requirements and Skills:
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or other)
- Certified Scrum Master
