As a Communications and Engagement Lead, You Create Chemistry By...

• Developing and implementing a cohesive communications strategy for employee and other stakeholders. This includes the production of newsletters, town hall, news releases and other content.
• Collaborating with communications colleagues regionally across BASF Corporation, and globally across Engineering to ensure consistent messaging is reflected in communications documents.
• Continuously refreshing and supporting GEC cultural strategies to promote collaboration and engagement.
• Maintaining a close connection to colleagues in the Engineering team to facilitate the incorporation of feedback and input from the Engineering organization into communication avenues.
• Working closely with Engineering leaders to understand the communications needs and work independently to create content to meet the needs.

If you...

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Engineering or related fields.
• Possess five years or more of experience in either communications, engineering or any related support role.
• Have strong communication skills and have demonstrated them in prior positions.
