The Dispersions & Resins business of BASF develops, produces, and markets a range of high-quality resins, additives, colorants, and polymer dispersions worldwide. We are seeking a professional like you to provide business intelligence and sales operations support to the Construction Solutions & Non-Wovens team. We will rely on your ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights that enrich and accelerate our decision-making capabilities. Your analyses will enable the commercial team to meet volume, revenue, margin, and customer experience targets in a sustainable and responsible way. You will also complete ad-hoc projects and analysis as required to support the needs of the business.
This position reports to the Construction Solutions & Non-Wovens Business Director with close interaction and ongoing dialogue with sales, marketing, controlling, product management, supply chain and technical functions within the Dispersions & Resins organization.
Qualifications – NOTE: Not all positions are eligible for cross-regional relocation/work authorization. Cross regional is defined as movement between countries (e.g. Canada to U.S.).
Formula for Success
What we look for in you…
B.S. Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent is required.
2-4 years of broad-based business-analytics and reporting experience
Experience with sales forecasting & pipeline management in a B2B environment is preferred
Experience working in cross-functional teams, presenting financial information to executive audiences
Experience with data modeling/analysis, reporting on key performance indicators
Experience creating data visualization tools
Experience with SAP, PowerBI, and other relevant financial programs and software
