This Team acts as solution champions, delivering winning results and a premiere customer experience. Communicating with confidence and reacting quickly to resolve customers' issues.
By answering a service question, directing customers to the BASF product expert, or following up on a shipment, our Customer Care Team is our problem solving, delivering winning results to customers.

Under the direct supervision of the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for the entire order fulfillment process.
