Job Summary

Are you ready to join our dynamic team as an Outreach Liaison? In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our growth and account retention by discovering exciting referral opportunities and orchestrating our outreach efforts for designated accounts. As our direct liaison to the community and referring agencies, you'll be the conductor of demand for our services through ethical marketing principles and sales methods.

In collaboration with our Vice President of Outreach and the Business Development team, the Outreach Liaison will be our virtuoso, presenting a positive and professional image of BasePoint Academy within the community. You'll lead the charge in implementing our strategic sales plan, enhancing our brand, skillfully managing your territory and accounts, and working toward achieving our departmental and facility development goals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and attend facility tours, professional days, and open houses to charm decision-makers from our target accounts.
  • Be the guardian of accurate reporting for all accounts, contacts, inquiries, referrals, and admissions in our company CRM or equivalent.
  • Represent BasePoint Programs with community groups and ensure our harmonious outreach to all those affiliated with assigned accounts.
  • Transform new active referral accounts into beautiful admissions for BasePoint Academy, both from new and existing accounts.
  • Play in harmony with colleagues across BasePoint programs to boost referral partner productivity and patient satisfaction.
  • Make sure our clients receive accurate and truthful information about our services, complying with federal and state laws.
  • Uphold TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. Ch. 164 (Vernon 2001 & Supp. 2003) with grace.
  • Increase referrals in existing accounts through seeking new opportunities and closing any potential leakage.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to ensure referral retention.
  • Teach account personnel about BasePoint Academy programming and referral processes to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
  • Assist BasePoint Academy when taking our patients to the next level of inpatient care.
  • Cultivate deep knowledge of BasePoint Academy programs, understand competitors, and stay tuned to local and regional market trends.
  • Join forces with peers in the BasePoint Health Management team to create an extraordinary customer experience.
  • Perform 15 educational meetings per week with qualified referral accounts and active referral accounts, whether in person or over the phone.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • Required Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Psychology, or a related field with a business focus. Alternatively, a High School Diploma and 2 years of Behavioral Health Sales or Sales experience.
  • Preferred Experience: Two (2) years of sales and admissions experience in behavioral health.
