Baseline Group is Hiring a Coordinator Near Victoria, TX

Baseline Onsite has been providing Security, Medical, Rescue and Safety services to the mining, marine and energy industries since 2010.

We have a BRAND-NEW role available at Baseline Onsite for a Rostering Coordinator who thrives in an analytical and detail orientated role.

If you love the thrill of mining and enjoy a challenge - this role is for you!

Our new Rostering Coordinator will assist the operations team in scheduling and rostering for site-based personnel, utilising our new rostering system via UKG.

About the Role

  • Roster and scheduling management for on-site personnel
  • First point of contact for employees requiring assistance with rosters and schedule preferences
  • Assist with onboarding stages before and during site attendance
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Mobilisation team to confirm site mobilisation and scheduling amendments
  • Regularly reviewing rosters with clients and forecasting site requirements
  • Identifying areas of improvement and providing feedback to the Payroll Manager and UKG support team

About You

  • Previous experience in a rostering or scheduling role
  • Engage in team meetings and project activities
  • Strong communication skills there is no such thing as too many comms!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and clients
  • Ability to prioritise and seek innovative solutions to challenges
  • Ability to respond occasionally out of hours
  • Supportive and proactive mentality
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Desirable : experience with UKG and JobAdder
