This job is base pay plus bonuses with estimated adjusted yearly earning of 80,000-120,000 after bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
  • Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
  • Accurately desks, submits to lenders, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes all deals.
  • Ensure every deal is aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
  • Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
  • Audit team deals Post-Sale and analyze for improvements.
  • Oversee and direct the business office operational activities related to providing finance, insurance, and extended service programs.
  • Coordinates with Basecamp Support accounting team
  • Able to work cross-functionally with all departments, with an emphasis on the Sales Department and Service Manager.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience within the finance department of a motor vehicle dealership
  • Experience with the menu selling approach
  • Face to face communication skills, focused on a high standard of customer service
  • Organized with time management skills and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to improve
  • Understanding of title laws and registration process a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
