Essential Physical & Mental Functions
Employees in this position must be a team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. The Production Employee I must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions. The employee must be able to quickly identify potential product quality issues and show attention to detail while performing repetitive production tasks.
This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping during the shift duration. Fine motor skills and the ability to perform repetitive tasks is required. The employee must regularly lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
This position requires consistent attendance and punctuality due to the nature of work performed. Shift schedule is generally inflexible except when dictated by workflow and production needs by the Production Manager
