At Basaldua Home Offer we are looking for hungry and motivated individuals to join as a Real Estate Sales associate. Our main business model is Fix and Flipping real estate, buying houses with zero down, and wholesaling houses. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties that meet clients' criteria
- Show properties to clients and provide detailed information about the features and benefits
- Assist clients in negotiating offers, contracts, and lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
- Stay updated on the local real estate market trends and changes
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and property management principles
- Familiarity with the local market trends and neighborhoods
