What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 2 years in retail and 2 years in management.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Sales Savvy: Proven ability to upsell and manage key accounts.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and style.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team while fostering positive, healthy relationships.
- Clarity: Clear communication of tasks, responsibilities, and stylistic notes.
- Calm Under Pressure: Experience managing busy sales situations with poise.
- Customer Focus: Professional handling of customer compliments and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer service.
- Key Account Communication: Handle communications via email and phone.
- Team Collaboration: Work with management, sales, and operations teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled beautifully and accurately.
- Schedule Coordination: Maintain the sales team schedule to meet company needs.
Additional Duties:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assist throughout the sales process, and ensure a delightful experience.
- Sales Support: Answer customer and corporate client calls, complete sales via phone and email.
- Order Management: Enter online orders into our POS system.
- Design Suggestions: Recommend designs and add-ons that enhance customer orders.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash and other payment methods securely.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
