Description

Barry Wehmiller is looking for a Maintenance Assistant who can represent the Four Seasons Facility by performing grounds keeping work such as snow removal, grass cutting, and performing grounds care.

In this role, focusing on working safely, you will strive for continuous improvement to help our vision of service.

Job Functions

Mow and trim lawns using mowers and power trimmers, and clear debris from grounds.

Clean and maintain company motor pool vehicles.

Help set up facilities for events.

Provide proper sanitation services at all Four Seasons facilities.

Maintain inventory of maintenance, cleaning supplies, and equipment, reporting needs to supervisor.

Remove snow and perform overall winter clean up.

Complete routine maintenance and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.

Perform other building and grounds keeping maintenance duties as assigned (i.e., pull weeds, change lamps in light fixates, etc.)

Perform other duties as requested by the Operations Leader.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

1 years of facility maintenance experience in a hospitality environment

Has valid driver's license
