We are a Louisville based law firm seeking an Associate Attorney for our Indianapolis office. Our Indianapolis office is located in the Carmel/Keystone area. Our practice is devoted to family law matters. All applicants should be experienced in the variety of matters heard by the family court.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must be a practicing attorney, licensed in Indiana.

2. At least three (3) years of full-time, first-chair litigation experience.

a. Experience in the area of family law preferred.

b. Experience from another jurisdiction may be acceptable.

c. More recent experience is preferred.

3. Experience with a variety of family court proceedings, including divorce, is preferred.

4. Time-keeping experience and experience with billable hour requirements.

5. New client intake experience.

Duties:

1. Litigation. Court appearances will be frequent.

2. Draft pleadings.

3. Client service.

4. New client intake.

5. Other responsibilities as needed – we are growing quickly.
