Customer Service Staff handle tours, enrollments, payments, gift shop sales, family communication, and more. Barron Staff upholds our image of the cleanest facilities and the friendliest people. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep safety foremost for all families .
Smile, be welcoming, have good body language, and be outgoing
Use established procedures to handle all check-in, family, class, and payment needs
Utilize various computer programs, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Social Media, and a class management database
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of our customer areas as needed during shifts in between professional cleanings
Take direction from mentors and leaders
Be a team player
Maintaining consistent attendance in your schedule provides stability and familiarity for each family's needs.
