Automotive Store Manager
We are currently hiring Store Managers to run the day-to-day store operations of our full-service automotive repair shop. The Store Manager position is a fast-paced and demanding job but is extremely rewarding for an individual who enjoys automotive service and repair sales and values the autonomy of running their own shop. Store Managers are the key ingredient to our shop, and we don’t put a cap on an individual manager’s earning potential. Ideal candidates will have a strong focus on repeat customer sales, be a chief problem solver, and will bring a strong sense of urgency to the shop environment. WE are looking for individuals who love providing fantastic customer service experiences, enjoy managing people, and who display a competitive get-it-done attitude. Store Managers are responsible for all customer interactions including meeting and addressing their needs, selling appropriate service and repairs, and correcting any outstanding customer issues. Store Managers are also responsible for vendor relationships and technician management to facilitate a productive shop environment that allows them to be successful.

Compensation: Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 Unlimited Commission Earning Potential
