Position: Insurance Assistant

Job Summary
Baron Insurance Group is seeking a full-time, entry-level, Insurance Agent Assistant. This individual will provide support for licensed insurance agents by having strong involvement with data entry, forms and information processing, administrative tasks, and client contact. Long term opportunities in this role include getting an insurance license and becoming an insurance agent. The position is primarily based out of their Manheim office but some travel to their Gordonville office may be required.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
· Process and verify insurance signatures, documents, transactional changes
· Support quoting insurance policies and endorsements
· Assign and manage client tasks in agency CRM system to team
· Help answer the phone and route calls to 20 people at 3 separate locations
· Greet and welcome agency guests

· Available Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
· Two years prior experience working in an office environment, preferred
· Administrative and/or insurance agency experience, preferred
