Job Description:
Barney Trucking is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented financial analyst to join our team. The financial analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to support business decisions along with assisting in accounting functions as
needed. This is a full time position with a salary of $50k-$60k depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
• Develop financial models to support business decisions
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends
• Provide insights to management to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
• Reconcile general ledgers and balance sheet accounts
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Master’s degree in finance or accounting, or working towards one such as MBA or MACC
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
