Your role is to create and maintain a positive and efficient work environment, ensuring high levels of organization and communication. The duties and responsibilities of the receptionist include answering the phone, light bookkeeping, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to our management and staff.
A successful candidate should have experience with a variety of office software (email, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties and some bookkeeping.
REQUIREMENTS- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred for this position. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, a high school degree (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license. Energetic, positive attitude, people driven with strong verbal communication skills will have success with us. Must have a clean driving record and successfully pass background check and drug screen.
