We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Office Manager with a can-do attitude to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the contact for patients, virtually providing exceptional support by promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Handle front office duties, such as scheduling patient appointments, coordinating tasks for patients, and managing daily office operations.
• Work directly with the CEO and COO to support company operations, including HR, payroll, expense management, and invoice management.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Foster a strong, positive culture within the company by organizing team-building activities and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, HR/people operations, recruiting operations, or executive assistance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
• Familiarity with modern workplace software tools such as Google Drive, with the ability to learn new enterprise software.
• Passion for healthcare & helping others. Experience in healthcare a plus.
• Ability to start work at 8 am to support our East Coast operations, and work until 5 pm.
• Hybrid work environment with 3 days in-person at our Market Street office and 2 days working from home.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Cofounded by a Harvard Professor of Medicine, Bariendo is a San Francisco-based startup building a platform to streamline access to minimally invasive endoscopic weight loss procedures such as recently FDA-approved endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (ESG) and intragastric balloon. Invented by one of the co-founders, ESG is a same-day, minimally invasive procedure with up to 20% weight loss. ESG and other endoscopic weight loss procedures are emerging as one of the main pillars for obesity interventions, presenting an alternative to medications for those seeking a more cost effective “once and done” solution.
