Bargain Box of Junior League of Greensboro is Hiring a Sales Associate (part-time) Near Greensboro, NC
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Assist in donation collection and processing of donations
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
