Drink Runner

The drink runner aids servers and bartenders in delivering beverages to guests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the order is complete and accurate prior to delivering to the correct table
• Pick up drinks as soon as they are made at the bar and deliver to guests
• Remove any empty/used glasses from tables, bar, bus stations, etc.

Skills

• Solid grasp of beverage menu
• Thorough understanding of the restaurant floor plan
• Clear communication skills in order to ensure proper drink delivery to guests
• Excellent people skills and outgoing personality
• Avid team player

Working Conditions

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for the entirety of scheduled shift

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required
