Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes. Employment Branding: Leading initiatives to enhance the organizational employment brand.

Sourcing and Recruitment: Identifying and sourcing candidates for open positions.

Oversee the sourcing and screening of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
