Position Details:
- Job Title: Territory Manager
- Location: Lafayette, LA (and surrounding area)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with a rare weekend
- Benefits: Commission, Health insurance stipend, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, paid training, travel reimbursement, work from home, and home for the summer!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for current accounts
- Conduct scheduled portrait sessions
- Actively seek growth opportunities within the territory
- Collaborate with our home office to address operational needs
- Manage and recruit photographers
Requirements:
- Sales, marketing, or photography experience preferred
- Enjoy working with children
- Ability to travel to various school locations
- Flexibility for early morning and occasional evening events
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficiency with computers
A Day in the Life:
Your day begins early, around 7:15 am, at a school for picture day. After wrapping up by 11:30 am, you head home to upload pictures to our office. Then, it's a mix of emails, calls, and prospecting. On non-picture days, you're out prospecting and making sales calls, with time for remote support to our New Orleans team.

- Ensure smooth picture days and impactful interactions with schools
- Fulfill managerial duties, from follow-ups to event planning
- Drive growth through proactive outreach to new accounts
- Communicate effectively with HQ and provide remote assistance

Pay: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year
