We are seeking a skilled and personable Host to join our team at Soseki Modern Omakase and Winter Park's newest sake lounge, Bar Kada. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and providing assistance as needed to both guests and staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a host/hostess in a high-end restaurant environment.
• Proficiency with reservation management platforms, particularly Tock and Sevenrooms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for hospitality and dedication to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating process efficiently.
• Handle reservation inquiries and manage bookings through Tock and Sevenrooms.
• Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests.
• Uphold our standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
